"The beds were comfy, the water was hot, and the location was lovely! Overall, no real complaints from us. I would suggest having slippers or warmer socks as my feet were chilly on the main floor, and we did grab blankets from upstairs to cozy up with on the couch in the evenings, but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. "The home was perfect for our family vacation! It is well appointed for casual times, making meals, and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the main sunken living room with two comfortable sitting areas, and the kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. for meals. The home is in a friendly neighborhood and is close to shopping and restaurants. Also, we appreciated the property manager, who was quick to respond to questions and help with a small issue we had. So glad we stayed at this home!"

"Internet service at the property was very poor. Could not get the property address to come up on GPS. Need a better method to get to address so people can locate/find it. The commodes on the main level are too low and need better flushing mechanism. Push button is okay, but you have to hold it forever it seems before it would flush. Other than these issues the stay was great!"

"We came down for dance convention. The house was good, but we had some concerns with the back bedroom and the side door. The back bedroom floor was cracked and gave in one spot when you walked on it. It felt very unstable. We did not allow any of our girls to stay in this room for fear of it braking and them falling through. We also had some concerns with the side door as the doorknob was very loose, to the point we were afraid it would fall off."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Retro Retreat! Our team was in town for a tennis tournament, and this charming home was the perfect base for our weekend getaway. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated all eleven of us, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which quickly became a cherished morning routine. Soaking in it while sipping coffee was a delightful way to start each day. "Our time at DandeLion Lodge was exceptional! Our group found everything to be readily available and accessible! We would definitely recommend this to others and come again ourselves. Some spent more time at the pier than the house as they are anglers to the core! :) The view and spaciousness of the house was just phenomenal for a group of 12 adults. We were highly impressed and blessed to spend time bonding, relaxing and being refreshed in your home! "
