This is the perfect hotel for city walkers. Conveniently located in the middle of central Sapporo with lots of things to do. Right outside of susukino district, the Sapporo station and Odori Park. Highly recommend for those looking for the hustle and bustle of city life!

This was an amazing stay. The restaurant downstairs, Audrey, served the best breakfast! We ate there almost every morning and loved it. The staff at the reception area were very helpful with providing me with information, services, and baggage transport. They were very skilled with English speaking customers and made our stay perfect!

The location is right along odori Park & Nishi Juitchome subway exit 3, walk 5 mins to hotel. The room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The price is good value.

Very classic old Japanese style hotel, the breakfast was amazing buffet and reasonable price. But it is still far from station and not easy to access to other places in Sapporo, comparing with other hotels that are close to JR station or downtown (still you can walk like 10-15 minutes to there, but if it is raining or snowing days, it will be hard).

Staff was not fluent in English, but they definitely tried their hardest to help whenever I needed. Close to Odori park, lots of bus stations, a major train station, and the tram line which we used almost everyday

Chose right time to there since Odori Park located 30 seconds walk from the View had a Food and Wine Festival. 8 different ramen vendors plus over 25 various types. The pizza line was the busiest, wines vendors were busy making bank. Room was nice great view of Park. Older hotel but very comfortable lots of space. We paid $140 for 2 nights what a steal.

Nice renovated room with park view
Had a very comfortable stay in the renovated north part of the hotel. The room is newly renovated with high ceiling big window overlooking odori park with comfortable beddings. Quiet room with quiet and safe neighborhood. Many carpark spaces and convenient parking to lift to the lobby and rooms. Front desk staff speak little English but friendly and quick check in. 11am check out time overall good price we paid for such nice stay! Recommend!

The airport shuttle does not stop here for airport; we have to walk for 4 blocks to get shuttle with luggages! Shuttle will drop off at the airport only.

This hotel is not convenient at all. Far away from the Odori Park station and the signage is not clear inside the subway. Hotel staff is not very friendly and the hotel map is not in scale😂😂. Besides, the bathroom ventilation is poor and you would easily find mole in the bathroom.
