I appreciate the coffee machine at the lobby for drinks anytime. Room is spacious, heating is just nice, good water power in shower and closeness to food shops and sapporo station within walking distance. Simple no frills but cosy and effective.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and the window doesn’t open. The air conditioning unit was blowing hot air into the room before we learned that it was not working. Was very hot, almost too hot to sleep and there is no way to cool the room.

Location is very good as it is near Sapporo train station and has a convenience store at the first level. Room is also quite large and value for money for the price of the hotel. There was no notification on housekeeping matters for 2nd night stay and the service officer had problems understanding our issue due to language barrier.

Nice new hotel with friendly staff. Lobby provides tea and coffee machine and amenities and beyond there are work stations. Rooms could do with a shelf or a drawer under the TV bench as nowhere to put things other than hanging them. Bathroom could use a laundry line. However there is a laundromat on the 3rd Floor which is handy.

I recently stayed at the Keikyu EX Hotel Sapporo and I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered at the hotel. Very convenient for the JR station and Metro. Hotel is kept in 5 star condition. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. The cleaning staff do a great job. I have stayed before and will certainly do so again.

Excellent location by the Sapporo Train Station, so many underground and overground restaurants and shoppings by the hotels. The hotel staff even worked with my previous hotel to help me get the item I left in the other hotel. The room is very clean too.

Right choice
Right choice to have chosen this hotel to stay. Just a few minutes from Sapporo Station north exit. Hence easy access to eateries and shops. The room size is good and comfortable beds. Breakfast selections were awesome too.
