The room we got was smaller than we thought which is fine everything else is as described and loved how they had an open bath. Great way to untangle after a long day of shopping or meditative before your day begins.

Overall is ok
Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet not much food choices and keep the same for few days. No room service. If you need an extra pillow, you need to go to 2nd floor counter to get it youself. Limited car park available and first come first serve. Yen$2000 per night. You cannot take your car between 10pm to 6am. The lift design is not good, every time need to wait and stop at 2nd floor not matter going up or down.
