Disliked: Staff & service
Irresponsible front office
The ceramics tiled foor at the entrance of the lobby and lift was not completely cover by carpets. Melted snow made them very slippery and my partner fell. But no one from the reception came to find out if she is ok.

Comfortable with a lot of amenities
The hotel is a short walk from the Sapporo station. Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean, it had a heater and air purifier. It’s more like a tiny apartment, it had a washer and a tiny kitchenette. You can grab toiletries etc in the lobby. (It’s fully stocked and they even had sheet face masks!) The hallway was full of boxes with things. I don’t know if that was temporary or if they use the hallway for storage.
The hotel is in a good location, close enough to Susukino and Nakajima Park. Good for sightseeing and eating good food, as well as the airport bus and subway. Checkin was quick and staff was friendly. The room was a bit larger than your average hotel in the same price range, and the toilet and shower room are separate, which is really nice. The only downside for me was the bed was a little too soft for my liking, but that’s personal preference. The lobby was a bit small, but the rooms are great.
Bed was extremely comfortable, shower area was huge and separated from the toilet bowl which was a bonus for us. However, this compromised the room space but it was still reasonable
If you are used to Japanese level service and amenities, then you won't be disappointed. This place ticks all the boxes. The location is great, about a 2 minute walk from the subway though a nice park, and 10 mins away from a lot of bars clubs restaurants and shopping. You really can't beat the price, similar accommodations in Tokyo would be double or triple. The only problem I had was there was no translation card for the climate controls, and I couldn't turn the heat off, there was one for everything else in the room however.
This hotel is located next to Nakajima Park which is beautiful and provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Concierge is extremely friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable & clean but on the slightly small side even for a solo traveler. Very good value for money. Station stop is also convenient.

No lock on a toilet door
If you are staying with your partner, I will recommend this hotel. Otherwise, please be aware that there is no lock on the toilet door. Also toilet is not soundproof at all.
Location was great and we can access to any attractions about 10 to 15 mins walk. Hotel is clean and bath was great too!

Close to JR station
2 min walk to JR station. Hotel lobby really needs an upgrade! Looks dirty and cigarette smell is quite strong. Staff was very helpful, they even took our suitcases to our room. We didn't expect much after seeing the lobby, but our room was actually nice and clean. There was a handwritten note for us in the room from the hotel staff, nice touch. Room is on a small but it's got all the essentials: mini fridge, tv , hair dryer etc
Hotel is right next to the 3 storey carpark and there are no obvious signs to point to hotel so bit hard to find

Small but clean room, staff can be more friendly.
Room is small but managable for 2 people. Hotel is new and clean. Good location near Nakajimakoen station. Price is affordable. Staff is not so friendly, only answering question but not very helpful and I cannot feel their service-minded.
Had in-room amenities for a standard hotel room except for an in-room safe. No need to bring shampoo or toothbrush/paste if not picky. Great location. Within 5 minute walk to both local train station, local convenience stores, & restaurants.

Very comfortable hotel
Hotel is very comfy as what I wrote on the title. The staff guide us well and very polite. The hotel is clean and the room is tidy. The hotel also very near to the station which is about 5 minute walk. I will definitely come back for this hotel for my next visit.
Room is small, otherwise, perfect.
near to train station (5 min walk in snowy condition)
near many eateries
nice large garden and a small stream just a minute away from hotel lobby
We stayed for a night in Summer 2015.
The rate is very attractive for the condition of room and hotel.
Location is fairly accessible from the nearest subway.
Staff was nice, room really clean with modern style, loved it! Nakajima-koen is close and Sapporo sta. or Hokkaido univ. (reason of my stay) is easily reached by walk (if you are brave enough) of by subway ( <10min).
The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train exit and there are several convenience stores. The staff were really nice and they were always polite. Rooms were clean and we had a standard room with a tiny window. It was just enough space for 2 but we liked it.
This hotel was very nicely kept and brand new nearly!
It is next to beautiful park!
I enjoyed walking from Sapporo station!
It's the best on this trip!
