"This hotel is a gem. Excellent location right next to the Whitecaps stadium and Queen Elizabeth theater. 20 minute walk to the Amtrak central station in Vancouver. Room was small but had all that you needed to be comfortable. The place was unusually quiet but the whole city may just be that way. "

"The rooms were so dark. Lighter finishes and flooring would have emade it much cosier. The common areas outdated. Beds weren't the most comfortable. Bathroom was great, location great and in walking distance to everything. Very grateful we were checked in early, staff were lovely, helpful and efficient."

The bed was a little firm for me, but I think a lot of people would like it. I went for a business trip and stayed two nights. I would use this hotel again.
