" Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."

"Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! "

"I have to say it was an excellent stay. Whilst it isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect that, it was very solid and met the needs of a good base to access the slopes. Warm, big rooms, comfortable beds and adequate food. Remember, you get what you pay for - I’d stay here again. "

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. I had explained that that was the reason for our holiday and hoped they would do something a bit special, such as leaving a bottle of wine or a cake in the room, or even a birthday card, but nothing. Bit sad..."

"We have stayed here many times in the past 8 years and this was the worst stay. The inside pool was under construction, the one outside pool was also under construction. Terrible roof over the other outside pool. The fridge in our room was filthy and unusable. The balcony/terrace outside our room was also filthy-bird feathers and bird poo everywhere. When we laid our towels outside, came back to them and they had lots of bird poo on them. Food was ok, our waitress Kate, was lovely. Reception staff at check in was very rude as was the manger. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid, we expected much better."
