"The property cancelled our booking at 4pm on the day of arrival via email, whilst on the plane flying there, they offered no true explanation or detail. Thankfully I was in the UK, not on the flight, I called several times, they didn’t call back or offer any adequate explanation or solution. They stated the credit card payment had been unable to process when I eventually spoke to someone. There was no issue with our bank. They offered no way to make the payment using an alternative method....
