"I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher."

"Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
