"O hotel é grande e tem várias opções de lazer - e o sistema All Inclusive é conveniente. Mas não é um lugar para aqueles que querem descansar - e que não tenham crianças. As atividades na área da piscina principal são muito barulhentas, e na outra piscina, onde achamos que teríamos tranquilidade, os monitores trouxeram todas as crianças pequenas para se divertirem. "

"Wonderful, the grand suite is spacious/clean and the staffs are professional and nice. Campinas doesnt have many options for foreigners like Sao Paulo does, but Vitoria Concept can easily be said that it meets the standard many of us are use to back home."

"Hotel agradável, refeições simples mas com opções variadas. Equipe de recreação atenciosa e com brincadeiras na piscina. Voltaria a me hospedar. Como pontos negativos, a piscina aquecida não estava bem limpa, poderiam dar uma atenção maior. Os horários da piscina poderia ser estendido, ao invés de ser apenas das 10h as 20h. Além disso, considerando a proposta do hotel e o preço da diária, acho completamente desnecessário cobrar pelas toalhas de piscina e pela vara de pesca. "

"Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil. "

"The stay was truly outstanding! If I was to have any complaint, it would be that the pool is too small for a hotel of this size. It is a truly gorgeous pool, but extremely small. Many people would come to the pool and left because there was not enough room. Please check you question about parking. It only gives you one option (street parking). I used the hotel parking which was great. The attendants treated my vehicle with care and they were very quick to deliver my car when I checked out...
