"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"The property is in very good shape. The employees are courteous. Just beware that when you see the picture for the twin bed it’s 2 twin beds. It’s not a full or a queen with a twin little bed .Strange for an upscale hotel to have two twin beds in a room, but I guess it’s Brazil. "
