"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. "The property is in very good shape. The employees are courteous. Just beware that when you see the picture for the twin bed it’s 2 twin beds. It’s not a full or a queen with a twin little bed .Strange for an upscale hotel to have two twin beds in a room, but I guess it’s Brazil. "
