"What a unique and wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, airy and bright. The staff is great, particularly Diego, who went out of his way to be helpful in a number of ways. Great guy - personable, professional and sincere. The house is close to many restaurants. Easily walkable. The only downside is that parking can be a bit difficult, but not a game changer. I’d stay there again. "

"Excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious. Was there my entire trip. Location is very good and parking convenient. It is an easy drive to the east and west of the island. Ponta Delgada can be explored on foot. Eduardo was very helpful with good tips on how to explore the island and restaurant/food recommendations. "

"This is a super cute and unique place! We loved breakfast and the dinner options. Having the pineapple greenhouses right there to explore was great. The massage in the pineapple garden was fantastic! Would definitely rebook!"

"Seemed a bit expensive for what was offered (no breakfast/cafe da manha) but accomodation was extremely tight on Sao Miguel Island vs. Faial Island. A bit of traffic in the st. but I still slept well."

"Peaceful & tranquil, to the highest standard, looks like a brand new hotel with a new pool area. A lovely double room with huge shower & aircon. A small fridge in the room. Cakes available at tea time & a superb continental breakfast with cooked eggs."

"Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. "

"Convenient to town center. Clean. Too hot—fan insufficient to cool room. On street level—extremely noisy traffic in early hours. Good free breakfast. Adequate WiFi. Great staff. "

"Livramento is a small town so very quiet and easy to find parking. However, you may need to rent a car if you choose to stay here. Price is reasonable. Rooms size OK, beds OK, and water pressure of shower was stable. Facility was good - shared dining room and 3 x washer machines (4 but 1 was broken). A market is within walkable distance for breakfast and food/water. Cleanliness 3 stars - the rooms were clean. However, there were insects inside the apartment, and this annoyed couple of my...
