"Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper."

"A wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be. Loved the old world feel of the reception area in the main hotel and the pool & sea view are exceptional. The staff was so knowledgeable and took time to show us about. We had dinner included but were not able to make it so, lunch was provided for us. The breakfast buffet is the best I have seen in Portugal with eggs made to order, warm breads and wonderful fruit salad to mention a few items. Overall, I would come back just to relax by the pool....
