"We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. "I think this hotel is one of the best on island. From first minute (arrive at 7:00 am) staff was very helpful and accommodating. Diego made coffee for us and gave printed guide for island. They make early check in and late check out for us without any problem. View of ocean is amazing. Easy access to ocean (I would not swim there, too dangerous). You have to have a car to go around. Beach is close. Everything is close if you have a car. Driving in small towns is a nightmare. Roads too narrow. Restaurant on property is great, but bar is way too expensive compare to other restaurants."
