"It is a good deal for how much you are paying. The building may be a little old, but the staff try to make up for it with their great service. They also offer free unlimited drinks and popsicles. Super close to the station and the shopping street. "

"The hotel is very near Okayama station and also very near a very big mall for shopping."

"They sold a single room for a double room price. It was really cramped and the matras’s springs were done. Staff were really friendly. Parking in the basement for ¥800. The price on the other hand was cheap."

"This was a great hotel.. one of the biggest rooms on our 4 week trip...but...it was advertised as a adults only...now in Australia that means no kids...but here Japan it means a LOVE HOTEL. It was a bit of a shock but it really didnt spoil our stay...we didnt see or hear anything remotely seedy and the staff were wonderful"

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good, about 10 min walking from the train station, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Room was big even for international standards, and huge compared to other places that we stayed at in Japan. "

"Room was nice and clean. Amenities available from reception include tea, toothbrushes and razors. No coffee, though. Breakfast was good, but exactly the same options each day. There were some rolls and pats of butter but no knives to cut the rolls and apread the butter. Odd."
