"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. "We thoroughly enjoyed this property— the owner was fantastic- helped us with train and airport shuttles and shared lots of pointers for getting to the metro, great restaurants and showing us the apartment. The apartment was very well stocked and clean and was plenty big for our family of five. I would definitely recommend!"
