The only problem we had was that the A/C was not working. We were told they do not use it in the winter. So that was not good. Luckily my husband was able to open a window. "

"Zleep Hotel is my "go to" place to stay when I have a layover in Madrid. The staff are friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. There is a very reasonably priced and safe shuttle bus service between the Zleep Hotel and airport that you can reserve in advance. The premises are modern, clean, comfortable, and condusive to checking in with work or enjoying a coffee in a quiet nook. The area immediately around the hotel is sparse and there are very few dining or shopping options. However, there is a Cafeteria style restaurant on location at Zleep that offers breakfast and light fare dinners for the tired traveler. This is my home in Madrid!"
