"Fantasitc property backing onto the sea. Direct access to sea was a joy. Garden area is so nice its tempting to go nowhere else! If you like swimming and snorkeling and relaxing, this is ideal. Giorgio provided excellent advice and assistance on the app. Property was very well equipped and comfortable. Only downside was that eating out in locale was quite expensive. Local supermarket also very expensive but if you drive 8km you can get incredible quality food and drink at Supermarkets like any...

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Laricio et ce fut un réel plaisir, tant par la communication avec Chantal qu’avec Veronique qui nous a accueilli à 22h suite à un petit retard. La villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout avec la terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme mais près de la ville animée de Bonifacio et près des différents sites à visiter dans le sud. C’était top!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this island retreat. The outside space was perfect for relaxing by the pool and taking in the sun. The pool was amazing and clean and great for our family of 5. The outdoor living and dining space worked perfectly for apres swim cocktails and dinner. Inside was clean and the AC upstairs made those hot evenings very comfortable. We highly recommend this lovely vacation villa!!!!!"

"The house is very nice, and the pool area is also. It is a bit remote, so no places you can walk to. For restaurant dining, you would have to drive to Bonifacio, which is not too far. The VRBO listing is not accurate when it comes to pricing, since the host demands extra payment for electricity. And the host demands a big deposit and proof of insurance. We don't disagree with any of these, but it was not nice to find out about it only after the final booking and payment. There is a caretaker...

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
