"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

"Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again."

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip."

"La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces et équipements extérieurs. La piscine est bien entretenue. L'emplacement est parfait et bien centré pour visiter la région et accéder à de très belles plages. Malgré un accueil un peu "rigide" par le propriétaire (qui a eu, à sa décharge, des mauvaises expériences avec d'anciens locataires), Nicolas a été très sympathique et toujours disponible. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre semaine de vacances...

"The villa was amazing and very well designed. All the rooms are fully equipped with bathrooms and have a ton of storage. The living area is a huge open space and is awesome to socialize. I could cook dinner while watch the Olympics on the large TV. It is well located and it’s a 3 minute drive from a little grocery store selling fresh bread and croissants. I would go back for sure. "
