"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "

"Apartment is simple, cheap furniture and cheap kitchen stuff (minimum style), it's not any kind of "villa". Close to fantastic (though busy) beach. Very friendly reception by Thierry. Terrasse couldn't really be used as it was half overgrown. One of the baths had some unpleasant smell, Thierry promised to take care (and we only told him when we left, so no complaints, it was ok as we used the other bath primarily). "The villa was amazing and very well designed. All the rooms are fully equipped with bathrooms and have a ton of storage. The living area is a huge open space and is awesome to socialize. I could cook dinner while watch the Olympics on the large TV. It is well located and it’s a 3 minute drive from a little grocery store selling fresh bread and croissants. I would go back for sure. "

"This property is ideally located and can boast marvelous views and a very nice pool, but also includes some areas for improvement. Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. Since there is cable TV and neighboring houses have internet, this is something that needs to be addressed.
