"I stayed for two nights as I needed some time away from the stresses of daily life. The location is very remote in that it is around 1 km up a gravel road and the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away. The property itself is large and beautiful, both interior and the grounds. Emanuela who runs the property is an absolute angel and very helpful. I was welcomed like I was a member of the family which is exactly what I needed."

"We spent a lovely night at this beautiful property before flying home. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic bathroom and linked room for our children. The pool was perfect and our kids spent hours swimming and playing with the lovely, friendly French Bulldog! Very relaxing and just what we all needed at the end of a wonderful but busy holiday! "Villa Anastasia was wonderful! We stayed two nights in a lovely large family room - perfect for a family of 4. The pool area is beautiful with good quality sunbeds and a great infinity pool! Our favourite part about this place was the fabulous food. Breakfast was a delight and dinner was even better! You order a day in advance as the guest house is very small, we ordered the mixed fish grill and it was delicious!!! "Petites maisons réparties autour d’un espace vert, en dehors de la ville d’Olbia, donc très calme. Hébergement très propre, grande chambre, salle de bain bien équipée, frigo à disposition. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu tester le petit-déjeuner (ouvert à partir de 8h) car notre vol était tôt le matin. "

Bathroom missing toilet roll holder on wall. furniture and luggage storage showing signs of wear - many areas scratched or damaged. WIFI internet connection is weak. Pool was green due to fringe season. Pool deck area not appealing. Owners very pleasant and friendly "

"This place was scary. You are given a ring of 7 keys, 6 0f which are vertically identical, and are left to figure out which key opens what. This is in a dark hallway that for some reason is not equipped with motion-sensor lights, even though other parts of the building seem to have them. It took me easily an hour from finding the location to getting in the "suite", because of all the keys. Scariest though is that there is a "man trap set of 2 doors between the hallway and the "suite". one...

"Struttura piuttosto vecchiotta, porte anni 70 e un cattivo odore di chiuso all’ingresso. Stanze piccole con arredamento datato. Soggiornato una sola notte di passaggio e per una sola notte è sopportabile il tutto, considerato che comunque era tutto ben pulito. Nb non è presente la doccia in bagno ma solo la vasca. "
