"The Serranò family were all friendly, helpful and professional. Roberto in particular went out of his way to assist us when we got stranded in the nearby Aspromonte mountains. He spent 2 days of his time helping us to get our car going again, negotiated with the car hire company and with the hotel where we had missed our reservation.
