"I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. "The Serranò family were all friendly, helpful and professional. Roberto in particular went out of his way to assist us when we got stranded in the nearby Aspromonte mountains.
