"Great stay at this hotel… very friendly staff , not unisual for Italians and let alone Calabrese people … The breakfast is very nice and filling, continental with vienoiserie , juices, a variey of coffee brews… fruit , toast…. The owner is extremely helpful… it is a great place , very central, walkable to the corniche, beach and night life…the areas is very safe and quiet… air con works well,and I am definitely coming back for aonger stay in Regg Calabria. "

"Fabio is an excellent host and his facility is clean and comfortable. A little small but still comfortable. Area locks dining options but the Japanese Sushi restaurant was excellent and his place is super close to the Ferries. I would recommend for 2 people for the night. "

"The property has been newly restored making everything modern and efficient yet the building itself is a classic. It's minimimal style and bright colors are great. This property is close to the train station making it very convenient to travel to other places. I loved the stay."

"Great location. Modern and nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable beds. Different types of pillows available in the room. Thank you so much for the low pillow! Fast check in/out. All of the people are incredibly generous with their time and advice. The cleaning lady is so helpful and kind. The staff exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and would definitely return!"

"The noise level was beyond acceptable, kareoke party downstairs until midnight then loud guests up until 2 pm. Filthy reception area. Breakfust was crousont and coffee only at resteraunt, no a typical b&b experience! "

"This property abd location is absolutely unique and is ‘bucket list material’ for sure. The small appartment has excellent hotel standard and the view from the room is breathtaking. On top og that, the whole concept of living in the once abandoned and now revigorated, small and beautiful village, Pentidattilo, is a great experience! The service is superb! "The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through.
