"The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views of the surronding mountains and gardens all over the property really make you feel part of nature. The lobby, outdoor pools, and walkways are well kept and clean. The parking lot is direcrly across the road and private which is great. Westward up the main road is a great resturant for dinner. "This hotel was our ‘splash’ for the trip and it absolutely delivered. Very friendly and professional welcome at the Reception desk, checked in early with no qualms at all, beautifully clean rooms with good amenities and amazing views. We loved the cliff side location with views over the dramatic Madeira’s coast. Impressive breakfast spread tended by staff who were very well trained.
