"Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road. Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise. Air con was amazing! "

This totally worked for us because we had a car and could easily go eat and get around town.
