"This property is quite close to the city, which makes it a perfect destination for those who want to get away without having to go too far. The house has a very nice decoration and is perfectly equipped. It has a stunning view of Laguna el Pino. We went during the rainy season, and although the road is a bit difficult, small cars can go up without any problem. Don Hector, the housekeeper, was great. Very nice, helpful and proactive."

"This listing is misleading. The location of the house is not the one listed in the app, the actual location is a 40 minute drive outside the city. Also it’s advertised as if the house has a private pool which is not true, there are community pools which have to be reserved 2 days before. Owner tried to charge me $25 over toilet paper and shampoo since he considered we used too much for the time we where there."

"I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. I would stay here again! Thank you!"

"The property manager and hosts and workers were always willing and open to helping you. As a foreign tourist, this was most welcoming and appreciated; language barriers and cultural differences can be challenging, but they made you feel at ease. It was easy to book an Uber ride, so travel to other attractions was not difficult. The meals offered on site were nice as well. The bedding was comfortable and met the low-cost expectations. "Service is great and rooms are beautful. The rooms on the 9th executive floor only have a single door between them so noise is easily heard through the door. Hot tub was very dirty the second day we were there but overall a very nice hotel. "

"We landed here just at dusj. This is a good choice for an early morning flight. It felt very safe and we were able to get a little snack at the store just up the street and sat on the outside patio table. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hot water was abundant. The lighting was good. "

"Excellent hotel for the price. Great, professional, and attentive staff from thw reception area, bell men, to security, to the cleaning staff. My waiter Envis was awesome! Very professional, and always made sure I didn't need anything! Excellent employee! I've stayed here several times, and I will be back. Nuchos gracias!"

"The Intercontinental in Guatemala City is clean, vibrant and offers great service, nice smell in the hallways. It always looks up to date, and it’s not as huge as the Westin next door. Love to stay at the Inter when I come for business."
