"I booked through Expedia but Expedia made me book through VRBO for some reason. This lead to difficulties with communicating the address in each of the apps. The owner Daniel was very cooperative and helped me get settled in with no issues and sent a complimentary breakfast for the hassle. Thank you Daniel!"

"The Intercontinental in Guatemala City is clean, vibrant and offers great service, nice smell in the hallways. It always looks up to date, and it’s not as huge as the Westin next door. Love to stay at the Inter when I come for business."

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line. "
