We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. "This was a pretty nice place! Even though it was not that big. In the two rooms we had free access to the AC and sleeping there felt really comfortable. The kitchen was pretty big, there was free coffee and we had access to use all the kitchen utensils. Something I really liked was the pool, the pool was really reallyyyy clean! "

"On the day we arrived we already could not properly flush the toilet on the ground floor and second floor. But thought this might be normal and flushed 2-3 times. However, on the afternoon of the second day, we were told that the septic tank was full and we could not use the bathrooms! All water connections were cut except the outside shower. How do you explain to children that they cannot use the toilet for the next 24 hrs. This was impossible, so we had to leave the toilets unflushed! We are...

"I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. I would stay here again! Thank you!"

"I stayed in this place with my family for a couple of days. We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and the facilities. They have grills for guests to use, hammocks and chairs to enjoy and relax. The ocean is literally a few steps away and you can find different restaurants within a 10 minutes drive. Overall a nice place."
