This wonderful finca in Santa Margarita enjoys panoramic views with the calm sea on the horizon.

Son Vador has privileged views from its pool area (10 x 5m) surrounded by sun loungers and freshly cut green lawn. A space to play and feel the pure Mediterranean air.

This wonderful house with modern architecture, has an outside porch that serves as a dining room for the barbecues that are held around the rectangular table in which to gather everyone.

The interior of the house Son Vador is all comfort and harmony.
The living room is very spacious, and bright by the natural light that enters from the windows. With a furniture of straight lines, highlights the large brown sofa that invites you to read a good book on your well-deserved vacation. A fireplace of jorja and a smart tv on the wall, WiFi and AC complete all the best of a living room.
The dining area is differentiated by the contrast of white and glass in the materials chosen for the table and the chairs that form it, illuminated by two lamps that go down from the ceiling. A very elegant dining area.

Your kitchen will surprise you: some floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in daylight, the predominant white color and well-distributed furniture, making it easier to prepare your most delicious dishes.

One of the dream rooms is the master bedroom, located on the first floor. A very elegant bedroom with a king size bed, a closet that serves to limit the stay; It has a bathroom ensuite with two sinks and a great bathtub that make this bedroom a refuge for your privacy.
The second bedroom in blue colors, has two single beds with very comfortable mattresses in which to sleep through the night without interruptions.

The second bathroom, decorated in the same style as the first one, very modern: it has a shower and two washbasins in the air.
The third bedroom has two single beds with very comfortable mattresses in salmon and garnet tones and white curtains.
The fourth bedroom has a double wooden bed painted in white. It has a door with access to the terrace.

An outstanding villa with amazing views. The accomodation is modern and there is every amenity available. Close enough to shops and a short drive from the beach Margarita and Sebastian are exceptional hosts nothing is too much trouble they are very welcoming and always ready to answer any queries. Prior to our arrival the agents were always on hand an prompt with their responses

Great Villa with great views
The villa is located around 1 mile from the nearest town, it is very spacious and the views all around are awesome. The villa itself is modern and very clean with all the amenities a family needs. The owner was very good for check in and offered good advice for places to eat out.

This Villa was perfect! It’s in a great location with absolutely stunning views. It had everything anyone could need. It’s been tastefully decorated through out with very comfortable beds. The owners were so accommodating and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this Villa, you will not be disappointed!

Super Haus mit toller Ausstattung und freundlicher Eigentümerin
Wir waren zu acht (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) in dem Haus für eine Woche. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht mit toller Inneneinrichtung (und Küchenausstattung). Die Besitzerin war sehr nett & hilfreich. Jeden Tag ist jemand gekommen, um den Pool zu reinigen und Mist zu entsorgen. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

Wir hätten es nicht besser antreffen können: angefangen von den ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern über ein wunderschönes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in einer wahnsinnig tollen Lage mit 360 Grad-Rundum Blick - von Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Tolles, sauberes Haus. Alle Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben muss man aber den Service der Vermieterin, welche total entgegenkommend ist und sich um alles kümmert, wie z.B. jeden Tag Wasserkontrolle und Müllentsorgung.

Haus und Inneneinrichtung sehr schön 😊 Garten, Pool und Terrasse waren super. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche (Wasserkocher, Befestigung der Spülmaschine) sind erneuerunsbedürftig . Wunderschöne Auszeit
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby im Mai für eine Woche in der phantastischen Villa Son Vador. Um uns herum nur Natur, Ruhe und Weitblick. Das Haus war super sauber, modern, liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Der Empfang war super freundlich begleitet mit angepassten Check In Zeiten, Obst u einem ausführlichen Rundgang durch die Villa. Für unser Baby standen ein Hochstuhl, ein Babybett u diverse Geschirr u Spielzeuge bereit. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass es nichts gab was es nicht gab. Ausreichend Hand und Badetücher, eine perfekte Küchenausstattung, Sonnenschirme usw .. wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt. Den ganzen Tag Sonne, der unglaublich schöne Pool, die alten Bäume .. wir kommen definitiv wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Verwalter, der täglich lautlos in den frühen Morgenstunden für unser Wohl und das der Pflanzen sorgte. Die Villa Son Vador ist einer der schönsten Orte, an denen wir verweilen durften. Vollste Empfehlung!

Sehr netter Empfang mit einem leckeren Obstkorb in der Küche. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Liebevoll dekorierten Haus. Schöner Pool, grosser Garten ,toller Blick sowohl auf die Berge als auch auf das Meer. Absolute Ruhe. Sehr nette Besitzerin, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Finca mit toller Rundumsicht
Die Finca war sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und sauber. Man hat vom Grundstück aus einen tollen Blick auf das Umland und sogar das Meer. Auch war es toll, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit immer ein tolles Plätzchen für alle gefunden hat. (Ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten) Super Pool mit toller Rundumsicht und Meerblick mit sehr bequemen Liegen. Da das Wetter in der Zeit zuvor kühl war, erwartete uns die Finca eisig kalt. Die Vermieterin hatte zum Glück den Kamin angeheizt, und uns weiteres Holz zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Finca lässt sich aber sehr schlecht heizen, erst als das Wetter besser wurde , war es angenehmer. Der Stromverbrauch ist recht hoch, (auch bei Abwesenheit wenn keine sichtbaren Verbraucher aktiv waren und seltener Nutzung der Klimaanlage) bei 7 Tagen fast 300 kWh. Auch kann man einen Supermarkt innerhalb von 10 Minuten per Auto super erreichen. Den Strand erreicht man ebenfalls in der gleichen Zeit. Die finca ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen; die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Als Überraschung wartete eine große Obstschale bei unserer Ankunft auf uns. Wenn es kühl ist, ist das Haus allerdings nicht so leicht warm zu bekommen

Die wunderschöne Finca SON VADOR war für uns optimal gelegen. Ruhig, aber auch nur wenige Auto-Minuten vom Strand und den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Der schöne Pool, die tolle Aussicht und der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich sind toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home
We had a great stay in this beautiful home. The situation is perfect: less touristic area, almost 360° view around with even a little portion of sea. Pool was amazing. Closer beach at 15 minutes so easily accessible. The house is well built and functional. The owner is very kind and everything was really easy. We had a great time !
