"The service was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and hard working. The staff went out of their way to accomomdate us. The lobby was spotless-which was a challenge with all the sand being brought in. There was a large group of college kids from TAMU staying there at the same time and they helped with the fun and friendly vibe. "

"This is definitely the best and nicest hotel on the seawall. It’s gorgeous inside and out, very convenient, close to the beach and other activities. The pool was perfect even though it took a while for the heated feature to kick in. Seems like they could have planned better for spring breakers by preheating the pool. My only real complaint is that the room, especially the shower floor wasn’t as clean as it should be. Housekeeping staff weren’t the kindest either. "
