"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"Centrally located property. The beach is three blocks away. The staff are friendly and helpful. They texted us immediately after our arrival for help us locate the property. There’s security at the gate. It was quiet and peaceful. My only issue was not having running water for 30 mins. "

"The cover photo is misleading, it is "ocean view" not "ocean front" property. Nice safe gated property with good walking paths and very nice pools. Small but well equipped kitchen, hot water shower and comfortable beds"

"Nice Condo. Double and queen bed rather then 2 queen beds as advertised . Master bath was large but shower leaked. Second bathroom had an unusually high sink with old taps. Uncomfortable living room furniture. Fabulous large porch area. Nicely equipped kitchen. Small briquette bbq. Was more expensive than other more modern condo units with no discount for 1 month say. Beautiful pool area with 360 view of Coco. Safe area and security over night. Short 10 minute walk to many restaurants, downtown...

"My husband and I enjoyed nine days in this cabin in Pinetop. We were completely relaxed, we were in awe of the higher end appliances, dog friendly features, porches and more. We baked cookies and made wonderful meals in the stocked kitchen."

"My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places."

"The lighting was poor the shower had very little to no pressure and washer & dryer for clothes did not work. Proximity to beach was perfect."

"Very clean and well equipped with everything you need to use the kitchen for cooking. Pool was cleaned every day while we were there and we enjoyed a few of the resident cats who live around the complex. There is a back patio for drying swimsuits, clothes, towels, etc. Air conditioning works well, except upstairs AC stopped working on our last day there :( We drank the tap water and it was fine. There is a little grocery a block away."

"We had a great experience and would happily return to this home again! It was exactly as pictured, well maintained and clean. The Prieta Beach Club associated with the home was fabulous. Our Concierge through PEXS, Ruddy, was fabulous!! Great hospitality by all and we loved the home and location!"
