"to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall"

"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. "My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places."
