"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. The rooftop was undergoing renovations during our visit, it was not the least bit disruptive or unpleasant. "

The Central train station and the old town were 10-20 minutes to walk. They offer a good continental breakfast! Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. "

Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
