"This beautiful unit features what seems to be a newly renovated apartment. The kitchen has great appliances that are well taken care of and maintained. This property doesnt have travel necessities like shampoo, bath soap and a hair dryer, but they provide fresh towels, extra blankets and pillows. And Walmart is just 2 exits away. The location was so convenient that you could walk everywhere. We drove in so we had a car but we didnt need it. We hope to stay here again!"

"It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The location was perfect! So close to downtown and also walking distance to the pier. The entire place was so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessities and even an espresso machine! There was a shared deck on top that was very beautiful. "It was perfect location for us and the kids. Easy walk to all our favorite pismo spots! The bunk room the beds are smaller than we thought in the photos and the couch bed mattress was very thin you could feel the bars, so the kids just slept on the couch, dishwasher didn’t work, but we didn’t really use the space other than sleeping and getting ready so it was. An inconvenience for us. Other than that we’d stay there again ! "

"The property was very well maintained. Everything was clean and very new. We appreciated the ammenities, the security measures, and the comfortable bed. "My daughter and I loved the tiny little house!! It was absolutely perfect! Cozy, clean, so cute, all the amenities we needed! And my favorite part was falling asleep to the sounds of crickets up in the hills. It was so calm and peaceful!! And the views on the way up were amazing!! Pam was a delight!! Very responsive and helpful with everything! Can’t wait to stay again soon!"
