"My partner and I loved the beautiful, scenic view . We were literally and figuratively above the clouds! And we loved how the Cerro Verde Park offered free guided hiking tours either around the park to see all the views and beauty or a choice between two longer, more adventurous hiking tours to the top of either the Santa Ana Volcano or the Ixtalquo (sp?) volcano. Just breathtaking views!"

"We loved our stay . It’s right on the lak. the room was spacious! We ran into an issue with noise from the AC but they were very helpful and corrected it . I highly recommend it ! My only small issue was that the staff plays loud music through the speakers. I wished there was no music as it does not make it for a relaxing environment by the lake. "

"Very nice medium sized hotel in a centralized area. There is a view to the beautiful pool as soon as you walk in the front entrance. Check in was relatively Quick with a very nice lady who is at the front desk by herself the room with the double beds have a work desk, a chest drawer, and a closet. Everything you need for a stay definitely recommend this place."
