The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the standout moments was when my son's shoes got soaked during a waterfall hike. With a flight to catch the next day, we were worried, but the hotel's laundry team went above and beyond—they managed to dry the shoes in just one hour, ensuring we made our flight on time. This level of care and service truly sets the Sheraton apart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and guest-focused experience. Will definitely stay here again! 😊"

"The room is not that great but the garden is phenomenal. I came as a digital nomad and worked out on the patio every day and it was heaven. Never had an issue with WiFi either in the room or on the patio, and I am on Zoom calls all day. Limited staff able to speak English. "
