"The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing."

"El lugar es acogedor, está muy bien ubicado, la comida es muy buena. Sin embargo, nos ocurrió que la habitación tenía dañado el lavamanos por lo que tuvimos una fuga de agua durante toda nuestra estadía en el baño. Además, se nos dificultó descansar pues otros huéspedes llegaron a las 3:00AM tocando el timbre y llamando a la recepción para que les abrieran y nuestra habitación estaba muy cerca del lobby por lo que sugiero mejorar estos detalles a fin de tener una mejor experiencia de hospedaje. "

"I didn’t even stayed, the place didn’t have a parking lot and it looked dirty. The room wasn’t ready at 4pm so we stayed with another friends better. Got charged for nothing..."

"Liked the location, incredibly beautiful lake. Large room with AC. The restaurant at the main hotel has an increidbpe view to plan yo eat breakfast or dinner there. They answer all questions and you can easily contact them on Whats App The rental prices for a jetski is expensive as hell. Lol. Still did it tho"
