"What I loved about Bologna when I visited last year was the small alleys filled with lively pubs and restaurants. This led me to choose this unit which was literally on the doorsteps of some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. My only caution is that being on the doorsteps means that some of the noise filters upwards into the unit until a bit after midnight. "As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that.
