"Daniel is an amazing host! He was extremely helpful and would answer right away. The place is beautiful, and comfortable. It’s a cute cottage but also spacious. The kitchen has everything you need as well as the bathrooms. The place was very homey, and this is where I will return if I come Barcelona again. Metro and restaurants are within a walking distance."

"Lovely little apartment tucked away. We wanted to be just out of Barcelona to have a quieter evening but still close enough. Two metro stops near by. 12 mins to Sagrada familia. We spent our evenings local to the apartment. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops. Couple of bakery’s too. The apartment is equipped enough to cook and do washing. 3 spacious bedrooms. Check in and communication was easy. Hosts were great. Resolved our queries "

"Great property in a very smart location. Owners communication with you is excellent. Lovely pool and surrounds. Location is great for Barcelona, Sitges, Tossa and Montserrat so plenty to do. Excellent local restaurants and we can recommend Can Rin as ate there 3 nights out of 7! "

"We all enjoyed the place, Pineda is gorgeous, some of the utilities in the apartment were old (seems pretty common in Spain), Aircon not working (thank god it wasn't summer). Was there for the Iron Man. One of the beds was squeaky as hell and bent in the middle... But overall place was lovely. A little maintenance would go a long way... Would return!"

"Check in was a nightmare, the host left the key at a restaurant, asked the restaurant owner where the apartment was, he didn't know, the address wasn't clear and the map location was incorrect, we only found the apartment by looking at the listing pictures, turns out the apartment was next door to the restaurant. And the beach is 400 meters,not the 100 as described in the listing. "

"The property is perfectly located on the Main Street, right near the train station and beach. We used it as a home base to explore Barcelona, but also use the less-crowded/touristy beach. The property is small, but nicely equipped. We were able to sleep 4 of us comfortably, but it was hard to get the main bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortable. Also, the footprint is small, so we had to be creative with where to put our suitcases. I would have loved some books to hang our towels! We are glad...

"Francesc was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pools. Some nice eateries nearby and the bus stop is very handy to get into Lloret. 2 beaches within walking distance [6 and 10 mins]. Supermarkets , pizzerias and a bakery 5 minutes walk. Huge terrace to enjoy the evening sun. Good wifi and aircon. We plan to return."

Had a few minor issues with equipment at the Villa which were fixed quickly. The Villa grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Host was also very understanding of some of our group difficulties including different arrival times for check in. "
