And the beach is 400 meters,not the 100 as described in the listing. "

"The overall stay for three adults was comfortable. There were updates and fixes that needed attention and a bad sewer smell a couple of times but believe that had to do with the building and not just our room. The most important part is the rooftop patio all to ourselves. So spacious and amazing views. The perfect place to unwind in the evening with a bottle of wine. "

"The property is perfectly located on the Main Street, right near the train station and beach. We used it as a home base to explore Barcelona, but also use the less-crowded/touristy beach. The property is small, but nicely equipped. We were able to sleep 4 of us comfortably, but it was hard to get the main bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortable. Also, the footprint is small, so we had to be creative with where to put our suitcases. I would have loved some books to hang our towels! We are glad...

Some nice eateries nearby and the bus stop is very handy to get into Lloret. 2 beaches within walking distance [6 and 10 mins]. Supermarkets , pizzerias and a bakery 5 minutes walk. Huge terrace to enjoy the evening sun. Good wifi and aircon. We plan to return."
