"We loved the rooftop pool. What a view, lovely big dkuffy towels available for large sun loungers. We also enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar to admire the city by night. Staff always on hand and willing to help. Very smiley, smart and professional. Rooms cleaned, tidied and beds made every day. The beds are incredibly comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, a good selection of hot and cold items everyday. A late check out was no problem and they were able to store our luggage during our last day. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Just returned from a brilliant week at the Barcelona Princess. The hotel was very modern and impeccably clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary water and drinks in the mini bar. The rooftop pool was heated and had amazing views over Barcelona. The location of the hotel was perfect with the shopping mall next door and metro close by, on a direct line to the city centre. There is also a beach only a few minutes walk away. The only aspect of our stay I could fault is that I would have liked more privacy in the bathroom. I'd prefer it to have been completely closed off. "

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel—everything from the luxurious amenities to the stunning, modern design exceeded my expectations. The room and interior spaces were absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. All of the staff were attentive, professional, and treated me with genuine warmth and respect. Room service staff, in particular, were excellent, and the food was top-notch across the board. While the breakfast service was a bit hit or miss at times, the quality of the food itself was consistently excellent. A few suggestions for improvement: consider upgrading the in-room phones to allow direct room service calls, expanding the room service menu, and offering access to additional streaming platforms beyond YouTube. Also, better outreach or advertising with local taxi services could help make it more known that the hotel is open and operating. Overall, a fantastic experience—I look forward to staying again!"

"We started our holiday at a hotel a few meters down the road and that hotel was a disaster. Atzavara saved our holiday. The room was spotless and the facilities were excellent. My little girl (8) loved the food, pool and kids club activities. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. If I were to go to Santa Susanna again I would definitely be back at this hotel. "
