"We loved Hotel Condes de Barcelona. The staff were all so friendly especially Julieta and Jackson. They were very helpful and always made us feel welcomed. The entire hotel smelled so luxurious and was super clean. The location is the best in Barcelona as it is central to all the tourist sites and within a block from all the luxury shopping. The only negative I would comment would be the ac system as it it was not true to the temperature we set it too. We had to sleep with the balcony door open just to get cold air in our room. Luckily the weather was cool enough to not make it an issue. Overall, we highly rate this hotel 100/100. You won't regret staying. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family, and we will definitely stay here again. "

"The room and amenities were wonderful. It may have been because I was there for only one day, a Sunday, but so much around the property was closed. The hotel’s restaurant/bars also closed early. It must be known for American tour groups as there were several upon checking in and at the bar. "
