"Received a welcome email the day before but when I arrived I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. Tried to explain but was quickly showed the door. Not an easy time finding a hotel the day before ferragosto without a reservation. Ended up paying double the cost for a place with no parking. "

"I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."

"Such beautiful, romantic rooms. The owners are definitely dedicated to their guests. Breakfast, fine and elegant. Being a citizen of the US, i do not understand why we can not learn from the Italy, good chess, meat, some vegtables, good bread...perfect "

"An awkward property. Only 4 rooms. One of the of the rooms has the bathroom outside the actual room. Which makes going to the bathroom in the middle of the night from the second level loft bedroom a chore. And makes it awkward if you cross the neighbours from the other room in the hallway when you’re showering. The other loft room requires you to leave your actual room to get to the loft from a separate hobbit-like door with a separate key. Shower in that room was a small capsule. Difficult to...

"We recently stayed at Dimi house and our only issue was with the check in time. We were travelling from another city with luggage and we arrived at 3:30 pm. It was raining and we had to wait outside in the rain for the owner to get to the property. There were two other couples waiting outside in the rain to check in as well. Most people travel from town to town so an earlier check in time would be convenient so we could get on with the day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in our spacious...
