It was raining and we had to wait outside in the rain for the owner to get to the property. There were two other couples waiting outside in the rain to check in as well. "We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children.There were 2 rooms with an open doorway connection to each double bedroom. There was a mezzanine floor which was not furnished. The room we had was dark and had little natural light. Because of this it felt dingy and unlike the pictures on the hotel site. We had a good shower and toilet room with modern facilities. There was a fridge with free water which was nice. Our room wasn't pleasant to be in and if we were staying longer I would have asked if...

"Excellent location, quiet yet walking distance to the historic center. We loved the high ceilings and decor. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Fjore di Lecce is an affordable and good option for small groups. The only things that could make it better are the shower was challenging to get in and out of (not accessible), front door lock was difficult, and the bed/bedding could be more comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would visit again. Thank you!"

"I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."
