"First time booking this type of accommodation, turns out it’s a great choice. Returning to this peaceful spot after a day touring is just good for the soul. The rooms are spacious, spotless, great beds with quality bedding, lots of toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. You will need a car as it’s out of the way, but well worth the drive from Laverano. Breakfast was adequate and a great cup of coffee. Staff are outstanding and room cleaned every day. Cannot go wrong here. We loved our stay."

"We stayed for a two day visit in Lecce. The property was very clean, spacious and located a short walk away from the old city. Location was quiet and in a safe neighbourhood. Paolo, our host, gave us excellent recommendations for local dining. Overall, a good experience."

"The best part is the gardens and pool area which is beautiful and well-cared for. It is good for a relax by the pool. It is good for families and couples. You must have a car. But this was not the right venue for us and I should have done more research. I found it was too far from town to access without a car, taxis are limited, and the venue only has a short food menu at set times or by advanced request. "Quiet location on side street, steps from church, centre of town, park, and train station. Restaurants, shopping, waterfront walk, and walled town all within five minute walk. Peaceful top room with great sea view from comfortable bed. Extremely clean with good sized bathroom and fabulous shower. Good continental breakfast enhanced by tasty cappuccino. Host pleasant and accommodating. Great value. Well worth the 79 step climb to the top room."

"Lovely old building close to the centre of town but very quiet. Our room was huge, more like a small apartment with a separate space for a small dining table and fridge. The rooms also have fantastic high domed ceilings which make it feel airy. The room had an older antique feel which was nice. Breakfast was lovely in the garden with some homemade cake as well as the usual offerings. There were just 2 minor things for improvement: - check in is from 2:30 but no one appeared until 2:45 meaning...

"I would stay here again as it’s close to the large old Galipoli parking lot and in the old city. It’s a typical B&B experience on that you have a room (nice and modern) and no other interactions. Breakfast is via a voucher and a 3-4 minute walk at a cafe."

"Stunning place. Located on the center place of a tiny village in a real “palazzo”, we enjoyed the peacefulness, the charm of the place, the high ceilings of the rooms, the friendly staff and the small swimming pool. But what made it very special for us was the “feeling home atmosphere” because of the ability to sit around in different areas, in the garden, in the communal living room or in a “salon”. Exceptional breakfast as well. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Would come back. "
