"This is our second year staying in this home for our girl's weekend and we had a lovely time. Plenty of space for the seven of us and we already can't wait for next year. Richard is very communicative and answers questions promptly. He was very helpful after we realized we left something behind. Big tables for game days and nights. We also took advantage of the puzzles available in the house. As other reviewers mentioned, we would love having a property info guide. We spent quite some time trying to figure out the TV and speakers in the family room (and never figured out the speakers). It was a cold and snowy weekend and the fireplace was easy to use. Kitchen is well stocked (but bring a cocktail shaker)! You will not regret a stay at this gorgeous beach house!! Final note: My bed was very comfy but those who slept in the bunk beds this year and last found them to be very uncomfortable. I'm sure they are fine for kids but not so much for adults. "
