"Very nicely renovated single wide trailer. No detail was overlooked in the renovation and decorating. High end cabinets, flooring, great lighting, and even an iPhone charger was appreciated. For the area, it’s a little expensive compared to other rentals in MOD. Private setting, although there was some traffic coming through the shared driveway. It was very clean but I did find a few false eyelashes throughout the home and the fridge didn’t look like it had been wiped out. I would visit more...

"This hilltop property is fantastic! They have thought of everything; the cottage is so well supplied and absolutely beautiful. There is an incredible hilltop 360 degree view of the surrounding mountain range. Everything is spotlessly clean. We hiked in the area, went into Floyd for the gospel and bluegrass music, and wished we could have stayed longer just to sit outside at the house and take in the scenery. "The open concept kitchen-living-dining was perfect for our family gathering. The house appeared to be less than 5 years old and is a perfect “movie like” neighborhood. They also decorated it for Christmas with a tree and a wreath along with a few pieces here and there made our Christmas to New Year’s Eve celebration even homier. Our concerns were minor: have 2 sets of towels for all 8 guests, add enough plates, cups, mugs, salad plates and silverware for 12, add kitchen towels, add a pizza...
