"We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was spacious and easily accommodated two families. Everyone enjoyed the cozy fire in the fireplace (wood was provided), and we made full use of the large kitchen to cook all our meals. The dining table was perfect for our large group. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"My wife and I stayed two nights here and it was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin is behind the owners house but they have put blinds in the cabin and also have a privacy fence between the house and the cabin so we did have privacy. They provide you with a remote to open the gate so you can come and go as you please. The cabin is small but perfect for a couple just looking to get away. We brought a puzzle and assembled it during our stay. "

"Location, location, location! So quiet and peaceful. We stayed during winter so even more peaceful. Did not catch and fish but were told they migrate in winter. That was evident as we are avid anglers. Mt. Airy has all services and supplies one might need plus plenty of places to eat and historical things to do. The cons: Well water with sulfur smell.
