"Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....

"First time to Turks and Caicos and a friend recommended Wymara and they did not disappoint. Stunning beach and views! Spectacular room and amenities! Service all around at each restaurant and especially the Sunset Cove Beach Club was phenomenal!! Definitely coming back! "

"It’s a great place but it is a little further from Grace Bay where more dining and shopping options are and if you don’t have a rental car, taxi cost can add up. But the resort is great and food options are excellent!"

"We had an incredible stay at Seven Stars. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone was very warm and helpful. The pools are lovely and the beach and beach service were amazing every day. Highly recommend! We will be back. Thank you Seven Stars!"

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. The entire place is beautiful and well cared for. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent. We would stay here again, but there are 2 things that jumped out to us that needed attention. 1) For the number of guests at this resort there are very few chairs around the pool. "Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again "

"If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back."

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "A true retreat in paradise and gem of a property! Can’t wait to go back!"

"This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."

Great place to stay! : )

"I LOVED our stay here! The hotel is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and casinos. I loved that there was a pool right outside our room that we could walk to easily from our room, and I really liked that the hotel gave us complimentary beach chairs & towels to take in the sunny beach from. They also provided food coupons so we got yummy food at nearby restaurants at reduced costs. I would definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel was incredible! The decor is gorgeous and it literally has everything you could ever want. The beach is quaint and property is more secluded than most other hotels which we liked. Only drawback was being about a 10 minute ride from the main town but they have an hourly shuttle you can take or a quick taxi. Their food/restaurants were great and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. While the resort was busy it did not feel crowded and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My husband and I will definitely come back!"

"Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. Cons: Free Continental breakfast is okay but continental does not include eggs, bacon, pancakes, or waffles, things you would expect in the States. Our room was phenomenal but a building smoke alarm went off four of the seven nights we were there for about a minute and then stopped on its own. We felt like the hotel could have offered a shuttle to the downtown area in Grace Bay to do shopping or restaurants etc, but nothing was offered for that, and taxis are pretty expensive. We did not rent a car, we might next time. "
