"Carol and Tom were the best hosts we have every dealt with. Carol has the most complete list of “Where to go” and “Where to eat” I have ever seen. If it is not in her notebook it’s not in Turks! The view from the pool is breathtaking. The property is away from the resorts which was perfect. My wife and I look forward to our return trip to TCI and Villa Kendara. Thank you Tom and Carol for providing an excellent place to stay!!!"

"Before arrival we couldn’t get a hold of the property manager to even figure out how to get in. There were never any instructions given. Finally after many expensive international phone calls and messages we got her to meet us at the property. I also knew there was no air conditioner, but the fans were not working to keep us cool at night (the one night out of four we were suppose to stay). "This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."
