"Neena was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the experience seamless. The property was spotless and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Montego Bay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. "Close to the airport also close to the head strip. Location was well clean staff was friendly 24 hour security, automatic gates two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, backyard pool everything that you can need for your stay for wise Y and cable I highly recommend."

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"It might be a nice place if they communicated with their customers.... But because they would not communicate with me I wound up . not happy . I think this property is okay if you Never have a need to communicate with the management."

"The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. "

"checkin did not start till 5 even when we were there at 3."

"The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

"First of all I booked with El Greco so when the itinerary came back with this info I was surprised, however my card was already charged so I figured what could go wrong. At 3:15 I asked the Lady at the desk when would the room be ready, she actually picked up the phone called Housekeeping and informed the person on the other end of the line that *the lady that supposed to check in a complain* mind you right in front of me. "Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. Place is outdated and in need of major renovations and repair, kitchen old and dingy never cooked there once, bathrooms and showers old, toilets didn't flush properly,black mold on ceiling, ants, beds don't fit bed frames, killed huge cockroach in kitchen first night,front door doesn't lock...

"The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb."

Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. I was given a key for gate that was secure at all...

"Damain, Your place is our go-to spot whenever we are Jamaica. We just love staying at your place! Walking to the store is convenient, the neighbors are so friendly and it’s nice to have a restaurant so close. We’re so happy we discovered you in Sandy Bay! "The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. "

Best staff ever!

"This was my first time staying here. The location was perfect. Check in was fast and easy. My room was in the back so noise was not a problem. The service was top notch!! Every staff memeber, and i mean every staff member i encountered was very friendly and helpful. A Very happy and positive environment. Great entertainment, and the food was not bad. Not a large selection, but it was decent. There was also a grill, and a cafe. So that did add to the choices. Drinks were good. Security, Troy, was always very helpful! Andre, bellmen, always had a smile and never forgot my name! Marie, team leader in the dining room was one point. That dining room staff was very efficient and friendly. The only thing negative was the spotty wifi. I would definitely stay there again!"
